Nik and I were often looking for office/tudio space; for a while we
camped out at Roberta's, and later Dennis' studio, always making
a kind of gypsy-like pilgrimmage involving carting about the
Indigo II and al the other equipment...
We wanted to have a comfortable place with a small video library
with things like the Bell Labs Series of educational films, good
old silent movies, and other fodder for creative projects.
For a few weeks while we were parked at Dennis', the main
running joke was my lack of a chair, which I eventully got from
Pearl Paint, but mostly, I'd have to flit between the various machines
- cuing VRML screens while whacking a record button.
